A few ideas…
Team Survival or Rescue: Participants gain a real knowledge of basic survival and wilderness skills as well as the importance of teamwork in reaching team targets. Including construction of shelter and bridges, flora and fauna interpretation and food and water collecting techniques.
Orienteering: A unique test of mental and physical agility that pits teams in a race against the clock using a GPS and/or map and compass to see who can navigate a special course and find all the checkpoints first while participating in vital dialog that will help fuel the learning process. Another idea is a low impact digital photography scavenger hunt!
Adventure Races: are multi-activity teambuilding programs in which teams may hike, run, navigate, rappel, kayak, and compete at a variety of wilderness challenges.
