Described as “Manhattan with mountains” by the New York Times, Vancouver is a city that is easy to fall in love with and hard to leave. Located where the mountains meet the Salish Sea, Vancouver is an eclectic blend of cultures, urban areas, sparkling ocean harbors and lush green spaces. Explore historic neighborhoods like Gastown and Granville, enjoy downtown’s nightlife or stroll through Stanley Park.

Located in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia just two hours north of Vancouver, Whistler is Canada’s premier mountain destination. From its majestic mountains, snow capped and read for epic skiing and snowboarding, to tis championship golf courses, decedent restaurants and bars, rugged hiking trails and relaxing spas, Whistler is an oasis in the mountains, year round.  Ride the longest unsupported lift span in the world at 1.88 miles from peak to peak, put on your hiking boots to walk among towering evergreen forests, or just explore the quaint village and its boutique store fronts in this town that was voted the best overseas ski resorts by Luxury Travel in 2014.

Sonora Island

Sonora Island is one of the outer islands of the Discovery Islands of British Columbia.  Without ferry service, Sonora remains remote, pristine and wild, while home to one luxurious, 5 star eco-resort, the Sonora Resort.  From exploring remote glaciers by helicopter and eco-tours by boat, to fly fishing for salmon and close encounters with orcas, sea lions, porpoises and grizzly bears, this island is the perfect place to experience wilderness from the seat of luxury.

Vancouver Island

Condé Nast Traveler magazine’s 2009 Readers’ Choice Awards ranked Vancouver Island second in the “Top Islands of North America” category. An incredibly diverse ecosystem consisting of rainforests, marshes, meadows, beaches, mountains, oceans, rivers and lakes that create habitats for multitudes of wildlife species. In fact, the region is one of the world’s premier destinations for wildlife encounters, including birds, elk, bear and whales. Much of the island is protected as it contains pockets of old-growth fir and cedar forests, as well as, naturally occurring groves of Garry oak. The beauty and tranquility of this island also boasts an array of cafes, art galleries, studios and shops selling the unique and local.

Located on the West coast of Vancouver Island, Tofino is a nature lovers destination year round.  While the population swells in summer with travelers, fisherman, surfers, campers and whale watchers, it is also a spectacular site in March when thousands of grey whales migrate through and in Winter when storm watching on the water is an activity in itself for those who enjoy the comfort of a cozy lodge.  Rich with native history and current day festivals celebrating everything from wine and oysters, to whales and art, the culture is also a big part of every visitor’s experience.

Twice named “Best City in the Americas” since the year 2000, Victoria is one of the world’s favorite places.  Imbued with the beauty and amenities of a historic capital city blessed with magnificent nature all around, Victoria if full of life!  From superb cuisine, museums and galleries you have so much to see and do.  Victoria’s city layout is ideal for walking, stroll the Inner Harbor, sightseeing on foot and discovering the city’s colorful history. Heritage buildings, flower baskets hanging from lampposts and ocean and mountain views entice visitors down cobblestone sidewalks and pedestrian-friendly walkways.
