Pivotal to the Evergreen Escapes mission is the need to embrace & value the diversity of its team members, partners, & customers.

Acknowledging the uniqueness of each individual, we seek to cultivate an environment that encourages freedom of expression. We firmly believe that every individual has the right to feel safe to express ideas that differ from those held by other members of the community. However, all persons who aspire to be part of our community must accept the responsibility to demonstrate civility and respect for the dignity of others. Recognizing that the proper balance between freedom of expression and respect for others is not always apparent or easy to achieve, we must continually engage ourselves and each other in an atmosphere of mutual concern, good will and respect. Therefore, expressions or actions that disparage an individual’s or group’s ethnicity, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, relationship status, age or ability (or any other personal facet) are contrary to the mission of Evergreen Escapes.’

We’re a bit different…

We spend our workdays trying to figure out how to better serve explorers of the Pacific Northwest. We’re committed to preserving our home and sharing her stories with everyone else. We think that there are a few things that you should know about us:

We’re nature nerds! Please bring a healthy curiosity for all things outdoor. It’s easy to get good at this if you’re someone who is always dreaming up their next Pacific Northwest exploration.

Travelers review our work. If you’re doing it right – you’ll see your name in social feedback. Our guides are flexible, open, and creative. We do our very best to build field days around each traveler!

We love teaching! Please be comfortable with the thought of leading open dialogue all day. It’s probably essential that you genuinely enjoy human beings as well…
