Claire Chatham

Claire is originally from Kennesaw, GA and has previously worked at Georgia Aquarium and various summer camps, where she developed a solid background in environmental education and recreation. In 2025, she graduated from Florida Southern with her degree in Marine Biology and Environmental Studies, and spent a year out in Jackson Hole, WY. Having never been to the Pacific Northwest, she felt called to Washington and decided to make the move without even visiting first!! Seattle has truly felt like home and she has loved working with and for Evergreen and getting the wonderful opportunity to connect people to nature. She feels so lucky to be out in nature all day! She is so excited to share the passion and interest her parents did a great job getting me connected to nature as a kid with her guests! Her free time is spent hiking, kayaking, and going to concerts!
