Day Tour from Seattle, Washington:

Woodinville Wine Tasting & Snoqualmie Falls Tour

Experience the essence of Washington’s wild beauty and independent creativity on this day tour to Snoqualmie Falls and Woodinville Wine Country.

Delicious local wine flights (included in the cost), 270-foot-high Snoqualmie Falls, a lovely lunch, and gorgeous Northwestern walks and views will make any traveler glad they escaped Seattle for the day! Join a few other travelers (each trip is ten people or fewer) and a TripAdvisor ‘Hall of Fame’ guide on an exploration of our wild home. Don’t worry – we’ll take care of absolutely everything!

Start your tour at Snoqualmie Falls, where you’ll watch the mighty waters plunge into the river canyon below. The waterfall is nestled among the big evergreen trees of the western Cascade Mountains, which cut across the state and divide the lush coastal climates of the West from the dry, vineyard-rich regions of the East.

After exploring Snoqualmie Falls, you’ll travel northwest to Woodinville Wine Country for a gourmet picnic lunch and wine tastings at three wineries that deliver on elegance but leave pretense at the door. Learn to sip like a sommelier with a fun lesson on wine-tasting techniques and the flavor profiles of different varietals. Meet passionate winemakers and learn how they’ve crafted the wine in your glass — experience Woodinville’s tightly-knit wine community and taste award-winning varietals rarely found outside of Washington State. While Washington is the second largest wine-producer in the country, it only exports 1% of its wine!

If you’re staying downtown (hotel, Airbnb, etc.), we’ll pick you up! We’ll text/call the day before your trip to confirm the exact timing. We’re bringing a fresh, local, family-style lunch to pair with our wine tasting! Snacks, sparkling water, and water are provided all day.

Visit Great Woodinville Wineries!

We’ll avoid the crowds, track down beautiful wines, and tailor your day to you! We often visit a mix of these Woodinville wineries on tour due to their fantastic wines, great customer service, and the high-quality experiences they provide:

William Grassie Wine Estates is an intimate winery “committed to producing premium Bordeaux-style wines.” Years ago, the decision to try planting grapes in a bare frontyard patch led to a now locally-loved winery with mounting national recognition.

Made entirely from Northwest grapes, Kit Singh of Lauren Ashton Cellars, is defining the craft of Washington wines. Made in a European style, the winemaker’s chemistry degree creates distinct flavors and deliciously smart wines.

A small and authentic boutique winery, producing 750 cases per year, Celaeno excels in breaking the normal rules of wine making. Enjoy Okanagan Valley sourced Pinot Noir and wines fermented in oak barrels originating from Hungary, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.

At William Church Winery, taste the splendor of Washington wines through their highly rated Viognier, Malbec, and Bordeaux blends. In the ambiance of a working winery, this stop allows you to focus on balance, power, dimension and finesse when wine tasting.

At Martedi Winery, two brothers make bold wines and operate the working winery on their very own. They feel that Washington State vineyards hold a distinction that is gaining worldwide attention and gives them the opportunity to make unique wines. Their goal is to let each vineyard and varietal guide the resulting wine by letting the grapes display their individual qualities from vintage to vintage.

Winemaker and Owner, John Patterson, creates approachable wines that reflect the new world style in winemaking. John started Patterson Cellars in the year 2000 and hasn’t looked back, producing 4,000 plus cases of wine each year in the Warehouse Winery District. Wines from the Patterson Cellars portfolio have received 90 plus points from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast and Wine Advocate, speaking to the quality, consistency and caliber of the wine he creates.

TripAdvisor Review

“Roaring Snoqualmie Falls.”

Was a great experience. 5 stars. Our guide, Kevin, couldn’t have been better. Took us to the salmon hatchery as an added bonus, the falls were roaring because of the recent rain. He picked out 3 nice wineries, had a great lunch at the first, and some nice snacks at the third. And a great group of people. Kevin also gave a great recommendation for a hike and lunch spot for us on the following day.

“Best ever!”

Best wine tour ever!!!! I just finished a wine tour in Kelowna – a bit of a letdown really and I think I am spoiled for life after having experienced your Snoqualmie Falls wine tour with your amazing tour guide. She was so wonderful and knowledgeable, providing us with so much more information that just a driver can…it totally made the trip fun, engaging, and even educational. Loved the Falls and the extra that this brought to the tour. Truly amazing – can’t wait to visit Seattle again and do this tour again.

“An absolute joy.”

I’m so glad I booked this experience. Great way to spend my last day in Seattle before boarding my red eye flight back East. The small group environment is a great way to keep everyone on schedule and allows even extra time to add one more winery to the tour. Stephanie was an absolute joy. Cheers to everyone at Evergreen!!!
